This was the best and easiest move we've ever had thanks to AB moving. It started with the salesperson Kassi who set us perfectly with our movers, cleaning service and junk haulers.The moving team of Jay, Chris and Timo were outstanding though. They were courteous, hard working professionals who made our move look easy. They were also accommodating in that they put a few items on their truck that we realized should not be there and they quickly removed them without an ounce of irritation for our indecisiveness.Jay also saved the day when he figured out how to get our very large couch into the elevator at our storage unit. I cannot express the amount of joy I had with this moving company. I got the pleasure of working with Jerome and Ashton, two of the sweetest beings I have met. They wrapped everything up beautifully and never made me worry about my items. They asked questions when needed, but were very competent and reliable with how they did their work, so I really didn’t need to chip in much. I was able to stay out of their way and let them do their thing. Jerome was so kind, and Ashton was so funny, both being a team that made me feel comfortable. My most appreciative moment was when I had asked them to wear their masks(as my partner and I have compromised immune systems) and they said “no problem” and were able to wear them, helping to reassure me that everything was going to be okay. I am SO thankful for these men and for AB moving. I wish them nothing but the best, and know that it was worth it.

AB Moving has worked with Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas to provide moving services for oversized items for several wishes in our local chapter territory. They are truly the best! Austin is extremely responsive and quick to respond for any moving requests we have for wishes, even when they are last minute. He is super communicative if pick-up/delivery schedules need to be adjusted based on delayed morning jobs, etc. - and it's so appreciated to have the reliable communication. They took care of my furniture and were very thorough. They also took the time to unload and to assemble my cribs, my bed, my tv, my fireplace. We also were very high demanding at times and their professionalism and focus really shined. Even better! When they were done for my house they helped my neighbor assemble patio furniture free of charge! Now that’s more than service, that is great people. From the customer service when I called to the guys that showed up to move my furniture everything went smoothly everybody was super nice and friendly. I love that the fee they quote you on the phone is the one they actually charge you there's no extra surprise fees when they get there. The movers were extremely efficient. This was my second time using AB Moving in less than 6 months because I was very happy with the work the first crew did. The crew I had the second time did the work in reverse, moving a 10x20 storage back into a house. This is the fourth time we've used AB Moving. Unfortunately for me the truck got a flat on the way to my move. OK life happens, what was disappointing was the driver said I would get a call from the office which I did not. I had to call and then kept getting the answering service saying all lines were busy, call back.I spoke to one operator and she said if I didn’t hear from her in an hour to call back. She was going to Dispatch, a little annoying, but I could live with that. But she didn’t call in an hour and again I had to call and get the ‘all lines are busy call back’ system message. Finally I got a human, not the same as the first one, and was updated that the truck would be on the way in 20-30 minutes. Great News. After that the move was smooth, both the men worked efficiently and took care of my furniture. It was a tight move getting upstairs. One thing I did learn, AB Movers aren’t just AB Movers, they sub out which is what caused the delay in getting information from the office.Overall I was happy and would use them again. The inefficiency was with the Phone System and Dispatch Office and not the movers themselves.Polite, courteous and hard working men! Thomas and his partner, don’t remember his name.

AB Moving is AMAZING! Three AB movers called before they arrived, arrived promptly and worked so hard. They never stopped. They were careful with all of my belongings. Everything that needed it was wrapped up by them in plastic. They were polite and friendly on top of everything. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team I used had a Team Leader of Jaime (sp right?). Ended up I misjudged how much I had to move, so I requested them a second time because they were that great. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. My boyfriend used someone else a few months ago that was awful.Two of my friends recommended AB before I used them and they were so right. We called AB moving yesterday morning at 10am desperate for help moving items needing to get to Houston asap to help Hurricane Harvey victims. Our planned transportation fell through last minute. By 12:30 a 24 foot moving truck was in front of our office and after loading left immediately for Houston where it arrived on time. AB gave us a huge discount after knowing what we were doing too. I had a great crew from AB Moving; they had to pack more than I intended but due to health problems I couldn't do as much. They were very nice, polite and personable which I loved! I watched them wrap and move some large pieces and was never worried that they wouldn't do an awesome job. They transferred all my property to a storage facility and it will stay there while my home is being remodeled. I was surprised how quickly they unloaded and got everything into my unit. I am hoping I get the same crew -- Teo, Eli and Thomas -- when it's time to move back in, it was Jairo's crew and I would love to have them move me back in so I hope they will be available sometime during the first week of October! Great company, would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of this type of move.
